About Us
I live in VA Beach, VA and offer custom boards to local surfers who want to have a personal connection with their shaper. I have designed a few board models that work nicely in the surf we get here on the east coast. You can use one of those shapes as a starting point for your custom board, or I can work with you to design the exact shape you are looking for. I create a full sized custom template for every board I shape and all of my boards are shaped from polyureathane US Blanks and glassed using polyester resin.
I offer a variety of artwork options including hand sketched designs, paint and airbrush on the foam, and a variety of tinted resin work. Visit the Gallery for some of my latest works
I also offer custom hand-shaped hardwood fins. I currently offer fins that fit in a standard longboard fin box as well as fins that fit in FCS fin boxes. All fins are made from solid hardwood and I have access to a variety of exotic species of woods to choose from including African rosewood, zebra wood, leopard wood, purple heart, African mahogany as well as more common but equally nice woods like walnut, red and white oak, basswood, balsa, and cherry.
